Embarrassing moment for Mark Zuckerberg during his Senate Hearing
Heard by the US Senate in the Cambridge Analytica case, Mark Zuckerberg lost his face when answering a question about … his private life.
For more than three hours, the boss of Facebook had to answer the questions of forty senators anxious to understand everything about the breaches of privacy that the social network committed in the famous case Cambridge Analytica.
The pale complexion and serious face, Zuckerberg did not steal and has repeatedly apologized. He lost ground, however,
When Senator Durbin asked him if he would be ready to tell everyone what hotel he had stayed in last night.
Embarrassed, Zuckerberg answers “No!”,
Smiling softly. The senator continues: “If you contacted people this week, would you like to give their name?”
New “No” from Zuckerberg, “I would probably choose not to make it public”.
And then, the sentence falls:
“Yet, in my opinion, That’s what it’s about today: your right to privacy.This is your right and whether you are ready to abandon it so, I quote, to connect the world.
